For the purposes of the General Conditions of Use ("GCU"), "USER" is each and any individual or corporation  that accesses the website https://voluntariosmosaic.v2v.net/, hereinafter referred to as “PLATFORM FOR VOLUNTEERING”.

The application and respective functionalities of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM are provided by AYR Ayres Serviços de Informação Ltda, headquartered at Avenida Rio Branco nº. 1, 12th floor, Centro neighborhood, CEP 20090-003, city of Rio de Janeiro, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, registered with CNPJ / MF under nº. 09.419.006 / 0001-72 ("V2V.NET").

The administration of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, the definition of the Volunteer program, its contents and voluntary actions, admission, authorization or elimination of USER accounts, interaction and moderation of USER content, management of reports with analysis of USER data issued in a manner aggregates are the responsibility of INSTITUTO MOSAIC, with headquarters at Av. Roque Petroni Jr, 999 - 14th floor - Brooklin, São Paulo CEP: 04707-910, registered with CNPJ / MF under nº. 10.520.129 / 0001-84, hereinafter referred to as "Volunteer Promoter" or "Portal Agents" when in conjunction with V2V.NET).

By using the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, you declare to be over 18 years old or, in the case of a minor, to be accompanied by a legal representative and to be legally qualified to accept the General Conditions. If you are using the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM on behalf of an entity and / or legal entity, you guarantee that you are authorized to accept the GCU on behalf of the respective entity and / or corporation.

THE VOLUNTEER PLATFORM is committed to ensure your privacy. You must verify the "PRIVACY POLICY" below for detailed information on how the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM collects and treats USERS 'personal data.


ON THE PURPOSE OF THE VOLUNTEER PLATFORM

The purpose of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM is to bring together and integrate USERS whose objective is to implement social and philanthropic projects, as well as to act in voluntary actions, without receiving any compensation or establishing any kind of labor relation. The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM acts as a communication platform between USERS, which allows:

  • the dissemination of diverse projects and social actions;
  • the presentation of volunteer opportunities in social actions;
  • the disclosure of actions implemented and / or in the implementation phase; and
  • the exchange of skills and experiences between USERS who are members of the Platform.

In attention to its purpose, the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM will only disclose and promote social actions and volunteer opportunities from other USERS, from the Volunteer Promoter and / or from third parties.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights of all contents of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM that are not outsourced and, as such, are duly identified, are property of V2V.NET, and are protected under general terms of law and by national and international legislations to protect intellectual property, the copyrights and related rights, as well as by the Law on Computer Crime.

This website also contains texts, illustrations and photographs that cannot be copied, altered or distributed except with the express authorization of their authors or the holders of copyright rights in these works.

Copying, altering, reproducing, displaying, disseminating, distributing, transmitting or using the contents of this website, in any form or for any purpose, is expressly prohibited, without the prior express authorization of V2V.NET, or its authors or holders of right over the content, including the Volunteer Promoter or Partners, in relation to the content that is licensed and duly identified.

When accepting these GCU, the USER is aware that all brands, commercial names or logos of any kind made available on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM are the property of V2V.NET, the Volunteer Promoter or Partners, and cannot be understood as authorization for that the USER cites or uses such trademarks, trade names and logos, without prior consent.

Except as provided in this document, these GCU do not grant the USER any intellectual property rights on the Platform. By accepting this document, the USER acknowledges that he is provided with only the right of limited use of the Platform, in accordance with the terms established herein.

It is also expressly prohibited to use meta tags or any other kind of "hidden code" that contains the expressions "V2V", INSTITUTO MOSAIC or any other expressions identical or similar to the brands, logos, slogans, domain names, distinctive signs and corporate names relating to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and / or Portal Agents, without the prior written permission of the Portal Agents' legal representatives, except in cases expressly authorized in these GCU.

Portal Agents are entitled to delete any USER account or information that violates any of the above situations.


ON THE USE OF THE VOLUNTEER PLATFORM

You are guaranteed, as long as the GCU is respected, the right to use the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM. However, it is expressly prohibited to: (a) reproduce or retransmit the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, in part or in whole; (b) use a data mining and / or similar device to collect and / or extract data from the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM; (c) manipulate or display the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and / or its respective content using the framework or related navigation technology; (d) perform reverse engineering on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM; (e) make more than one registration per USER on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM; and (f) assign, lend and / or in any way disclose your access data and passwords to any third parties.


ON THE LICENSE 

The USERS that are indicated or authorized by the Volunteer Promoter that use the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, will be granted a limited, free, temporary, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the basic functionalities of the PLATFORM FOR VOLUNTEERING, in accordance with the conditions provided for in these GCU.

All rights relating to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM are reserved, whether or not they have been expressly regulated in these GCU. The USER shall have no rights in relation to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, in addition to those expressly provided for in these GCU, and may not, among other things, sublicense, modify, adapt or customize the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM.

To guarantee the quality of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, new features may be included in updates or new versions of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, just as old features may cease to exist and / or suffer limitations. There is no obligation to keep active any tool, functionality or service that has already been offered in the past, regardless of whether it was offered for a fee or free of charge.

To ensure the proper functioning of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, the USER is committed to keeping the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and its browsers always up to date, installing and using the latest versions available. Portal Agents are not responsible for any damages suffered by the USER due to the discontinuation and / or alteration of the old versions of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM. Therefore, we recommend that the USER access the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM frequently to check for new updates.

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and / or the Portal Agents may denounce any licenses regulated by these GCU, regardless of justification.

In the event of a violation of the GCU by the USER, the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and / or the Portal Agents may, without the need for any interpellation or prior notification, interrupt the USERS 'access to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, as well as exclude and / or eliminate in a definitive and safe way any and all USER data contained or inserted until then in the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM. In the event of interruption of access and / or deletion of data, the USER agrees to fully exonerate the PLATFORM OF VOLUNTEERS and Portal Agents from any and all liability arising from any losses or damages experienced by the USER and / or by third parties.


ON HOW THE VOLUNTEER PLATFORM WORKS

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM may not work properly due to network problems and / or because of connection problems of any of the parties involved, situations that are beyond the control of Portal Agents and, therefore, will not be their responsibility.

Besides, the USER is also aware that the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM may not be compatible with some of the programs installed on their computers or devices and / or may have failures, which are still unknown to Portal Agents, but may eventually obstruct the USER's access. to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, generating incorrect information and / or not properly storing the data originating from the USER's activities on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM.


PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy intends to inform the USER how the personal data that are accessed, collected and processed through the Volunteer Platform are treated.

The USER must carefully read this privacy policy and freely decide if he intends to provide his personal data before using the Volunteer Platform.

The USER guarantees that he is of legal age and that the data communicated is true, accurate, complete and current, being responsible for any non-compliance. If the data communicated belongs to a third party, the USER guarantees that he informed this third party about the conditions provided for in this document and that he obtained his authorization to provide his data for the indicated purposes.

Through the Volunteer Platform, the Responsible for the treatment process, only for the respective purposes, and if necessary, the following personal data:

• Type of USER (Collaborator, Guest, etc.);

• USER’s language;

•Gender;

•Date of Birth ;

• Tax number;

• Photos taken during Volunteer Actions;

• USER’s city;

• USER’s country;

•Phone number;

• Occupation;

• Workplace (through a link to the page that represents the unit in the website);

• Labor contract;

• Employee’s number;

• Interests (optional);

• Personal description (when the USER creates a USER account, he can optionally add information about himself that he wants to keep visible in his profile before other USERS);

• Background of interventions and participations in Volunteer Actions: the data will be available for consultation by the manager of the Volunteer Program, for administrative activities and to generate statistics on the participation of a specific USER and / or on the entire program. The manager can direct communications to those who participated in an action. The USER can disable the receipt of these messages in his profile;

• Institution where he has intervened, participation in groups, committees, teams, departments and friends on the Volunteer Platform;

• Check-in in voluntary actions: Mechanism for confirming attendance at an address indicated in the action. To verify that you are at the action location, the browser used by the USER will request access to the individual's location. If allowed, we will have access to the latitude longitude pair that determines the USER's location at the time of check-in. It will be stored together with the date of confirmation of the USER's presence. This report can be accessed by the volunteer program manager;

• USER’s IP: Amazon;

• Operating System and Browser: Amazon;

• Device Used: Google Analytics.

The following third-party services, used by V2V on its platform, will have access to personal data of USERS of the tool:

• Amazon: Servers that host the V2V application, as well as its database, with all the information present in the tool. You have access to all the data that the individual has published on the website in addition to your operating system, browser and IP.

• Mandril and Mailgun: Services used to trigger automatic messages from the tool and segmented messages. They have access to the USER's full name, email and IP, in addition to the content of the message sent. The message content is maintained by the service for a maximum period of 1 month and personal data for a period of 3 months after the last message sent by a USER.

• Google Analytics: Service used to monitor access to the website, pages accessed on the website, USER IP, operating system, browser, device used and the USER's IP location. The USER is informed that this collection takes place via cookies the moment he accesses the homepage and can disable cookies if he disagrees with providing the data.

• Rollbar: Service used to monitor website failures. You have access to the USER's IP, location, first name, surname, electronic mail, operating system and USER's browser.


2.1.1 - When creating a user account, accessing or using the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, the USER authorizes that some of his data remain visible to the other registered USERS, who do not lead Voluntary Actions, Action Themes or Pages (of Institution, Unit, Regional, Committee etc.), which are indicated:

•Name;

•Surname;

•City;

• Personal description (when the USER creates a USER account, he can optionally add information about himself that he wants to keep visible in his profile before other USERS);

•Workplace;

• Interests;

• Background of interventions and participation in Volunteer Actions;

• Institution where he has intervened, participation in groups, committees, teams, departments and friends on the Volunteer Platform.

The data collected above will be treated based on the consent of the data subject.


2.1.2 - When creating a user account, accessing or using the Volunteer Platform, the USER authorizes that some of his data remain visible to the other registered USERS, who lead Voluntary Actions, Action Themes or Pages (of Institution, Unit , Regional, Committee etc.) and that, by the nature of being Program Manager, have the power to collect other information to better achieve the purposes of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, which are indicated:

•Name;

•Surname;

•City;

•E-mail address;

•Phone number;

• Identification of the company in which you work or provide services;

•Profession;

•Workplace;

• Personal description (when the USER creates a USER account, he can optionally add information about himself that he wants to keep visible in his profile before other USERS);

• Interests;

• Background of interventions and participation in Volunteer Actions;

• Institution where he has intervened, participation in groups, committees, teams, departments and friends on the Volunteer Platform.

Within the scope of Volunteer Actions and other pages (Institutions, Teams, etc.) created on the website by each one of the Responsible, individually considered, the USERS who lead the respective pages may also send a form to each of the USERS registered on the Platform who want to participate from that page, requesting additional information that fits the objectives of the initiative and that is relevant to its realization. In these cases, the person responsible for creating the form will have access to the answers given by all participants. Those responsible are informed that they must use the data collected only to enable the participation of those registered in that initiative. Likewise, USERS are informed that they will be filling out a term created by the person in charge of the page, who will have access to the data.

The data collected above will be treated based on the consent of the data subject.

In volunteering actions and events, images (photos) can be captured in which the USER is identified, and which will be published and disseminated on the Volunteer Platform and will remain visible to the other USERS registered on the platform.


2.2 - Processing Purposes

• To allow the use of the Volunteer Platform;

• To promote and publicize Volunteer Actions and Events;

• USERS' admission and authorization;

• Elimination of USERS 'accounts;

• Interaction and moderation;

• Analysis of USERS data and issuing reports with aggregated data that will not allow identifying or making the USER identifiable;

• To prepare reports and generate statistics that will allow: a) to better understand your volunteer program, as well as the challenges and interests of volunteers, in order to make the offer of actions more interesting for the public and more effective for the community to which intended; b) justify the company's investment in social actions and report to society about the company's interest in public affairs;

• To send segmented messages to registered volunteers according to their interest, offering voluntary actions or sending information to USERS based on manual or automatic analysis based on three criteria: f.1) actions, groups, institutions and any page that the volunteer participated in past; f.2) actions, groups, institutions and any page that the USER has led in the past; f.3) causes of interest to the volunteer (if he chooses to provide this information in his profile); f.4) type of USER (if he is an employee of the company, a guest, etc.). * For legal purposes, separate paid work and voluntary work through the registration of voluntary activities carried out on the website.

• To operate and perfect the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM;

• To develop new features to meet the demands of the volunteer program as well as conduct studies on the use of the website that base its evolution;

• To provide customer service to the USER;

• To facilitate the identification and access of the USER to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM;

• To monitor and provide safety of the platform, aiming at the identification of failures and maintenance of the platform;

• Elimination of USER accounts;

• To provide the necessary interactivity to the Volunteer Platform;

• To provide customer service to program leaders;

• To send USERS automatic messages about their interactions on the website; the USER can choose whether or not to receive these messages in his profile settings;

• To improve the USERS 'experience on the website, showing a segmented homepage, with actions close to the location informed in the USER's profile.

• To report data on suspicious activity to competent authorities.


2.3 - Legal Basis:

The controllers process the USER's data due to the USER's adherence to the Terms and Conditions so that he has access to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM and respective functionalities. Access to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, on the other hand, presupposes the creation of a user account, which implies that personal data are provided by the USER.

Those responsible will process the personal data listed above based on the consent of the data subject.


3 - Recipients:

3.1. The USER's personal data may be communicated to a suitable service provider hired by the data controllers, who will process the data exclusively for the purposes established by the data controllers and under their instructions.

3.2. Data controllers may also transmit data to other entities that qualify themselves as data controllers, using them for their own purposes, if the conditions of law provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation are met, such as also public authorities.

• Amazon: Servers that host the V2V application, as well as its database, with all the information present in the tool. They know all the data that the individual has published on the website in addition to their operating system, browser and IP.  4 - Conservation period:

Period during which the USER keeps his USER account active.

When a USER closes his account on the website or has his profile deleted by an administrator, he stops appearing on the website immediately. However, V2V.NET will still retain personal data for a period of three months. After this period, the data is anonymized, and will continue to be processed for all purposes contained in this GCU, without it being possible to identify the author of the records.

Backups of all data, including personal data, will be maintained for up to 13 months after the user is deleted, separately, and will be used only in compliance with legal obligations.

5 - USERS' rights:

The USER, as the holder of personal data, or his legal representative, has the right of access, rectification, limitation, portability, deletion and the right to object to the processing of personal data, in certain circumstances, which may be exercised in the terms of this chapter of the Privacy Policy:

Right to Information Report means that the USER has the right to obtain clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how the data controllers use their personal data and what their rights are.

Right to access means that the USER has the right to obtain information about the personal data that those responsible process and certain information about the way in which that personal data is treated.

Right to rectification means that the USER has the right to ask those responsible to take reasonable measures to correct their personal data that are incorrect or incomplete.

Right to complain means that the USER has the right to file a complaint with the competent control authority, the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), if he considers that the treatment of personal data violates his rights and / or the laws of applicable data protection.

The USER may also, if he considers that the controllers have violated the rights at his disposal, submit a complaint before the corresponding Control Authority.

When the USER shares his information in open or interactive areas, with other USERS or third parties: the USER is aware that the information shared with other USERS and / or any other third parties because of using the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, may be viewed / used by third parties using the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM directly or indirectly. In this way, the USER knows and recognizes that such information may be accessed by third parties, as well as being fully and exclusively responsible for any risk originated or arising from third parties' access to such content and information;


Use of cookies and other technologies

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM may use cookies or other technologies to help personalize your experience. Cookies are small files of information stored on the USER's device when accessing a website or application. A cookie contains information, which can be read later by a server located in the domain that issued it. The information that cookies collect includes the date and time of your visit, browsing history, etc.

Cookies bring several benefits, serving to improve the service provided and improve your browsing experience since they allow you to identify former USERS when they return to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, enabling them to target personalized content and / or similar services. Information security is very important for the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, which is why all reasonable market efforts are used to guarantee the security of the respective systems in keeping that information.

THE VOLUNTEER PLATFORM follows industry security standards to help protect the information collected.

However, there is no method of electronic storage that is completely secure.

The USER is aware of the characteristics and constraints, limitations and defects of the Internet, and that the transmission of data and information via the Internet, circulating in heterogeneous networks of different characteristics and technical capabilities, only benefit from relative technical reliability. These constraints can disturb or impede access in certain periods.

The USER acknowledges and agrees to take the inherent risks, that any website is subject to interference by unauthorized third parties and that it can consequently be interrupted, as well as that the information circulating on the Internet is not protected against possible viruses, diversions (free access) and that anyone is likely to create a link with access to the site and / or elements contained therein.

Accordingly, while we strive to protect the information collected, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When the USER leaves the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, the GCU will no longer apply, so it is suggested that the USER check the terms and policies of any website and / or application to which he is directed.

Because of the foregoing in the paragraphs above, the USER agrees not to hold Portal Agents liable for losses, damages or other problems of any kind that may arise from the use of websites that contain links to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, or whose links are available on VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, as well as being aware that any negotiation with such sites does not involve, bind and / or obligate Portal Agents.


INTERACTIVE AREAS

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM may include interactive areas or services, such as discussion forums, social networks, etc., or tools for direct communication with third-party interactive services (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), in which the USER or third parties can create, publish and / or store messages, comments or other content ("Interactive Areas").

• may be offensive to the online community or society, such as, for example, content that promotes any form of racism, religious or political segregation, prejudice, intolerance, hatred or damage of any kind against any group or individual;

• constitute harassment or promote the harassment of another person, whether that person is a USER or not of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM;

• involve the transmission of "spam", "chain letters" or unsolicited mass correspondence;

• promote false, misleading information, illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, obscene or incompatible with public order, morals and good customs;

• involve the publication and / or insertion of any materials, which contain images of minors, without the express and written consent of the legal guardians;

• constitute or encourage conduct that could be considered a criminal offense, that is, in any other way, contrary to the law or infringes the rights of any third party in any country in the world.

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM reserves the right to change this list at any time, and to investigate and take appropriate legal action, in its sole discretion, against any USER who infringes this device, including and without limitation, the removal of inappropriate communication and termination the right of such offenders to use the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM.

USER’S ACCOUNTABILITY 

The USER commits to.

1.Use the Platform properly and diligently, in accordance with the present GCU, with the law, morals, good customs and public order;

2. Maintain the environment of your access devices to the secure Platform, using specific tools for this, such as antivirus, firewall, among others, to contribute to the prevention of electronic risks;

3. Do not maliciously exploit the security of the Platform for the practice of unlawful acts, prohibited by law and by the present GCU, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which, in any way, may damage, disable, overburden or deteriorate the Platform, as well as other USERS 'computer equipment, as well as documents, files and all content stored on their devices or to prevent normal use or enjoyment of the Platform and Services;

4. Ensure the veracity, quality, integrity and legality of your data and the medium through which you acquired your data.

The USER declares and guarantees that all content inserted by him in the Platform:

In this way, the USER is responsible for defending, indemnifying and maintaining indemnity the Portal Agents, their employees, agents, collaborators, partners, outsourced providers and independent suppliers of any claim, damage, cost, burden, liability and / or expense (including, but without limitations, attorney fees):


1.Original or related to any content that the USER publishes, stores and / or transmits on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM or through the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM;

ACCOUNTABILITY

V2V.NET guarantees that, except for the cases provided for in these GCU, the Platform will operate 24 (twenty-four) hours a day, 7 (seven) days a week, including holidays, and must present full conditions of access and operation for at least, 95% (ninety-five percent) of the time.

V2V.NET reserves the right to modify, suspend or temporarily discontinue the features made available on the Platform to carry out maintenance, updates and configuration adjustments to the Platform. V2V.NET will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any losses and damages, including loss of profits, related to the suspension of access to the Platform.


Disclaimer

The USER's use of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM is at his own risk.

The USER is solely responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such use.

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM is provided "as is" and "according to availability", with no commitment to results or reliability, except for its normal development.

Within the limits allowed by law, Portal Agents expressly exempt themselves from all responsibilities arising from any misuse of the platform on behalf of the USER.

Portal Agents do not review, supervise or control the messages and / or content posted or distributed by USERS on the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM, including through any forums, chat rooms or other communication tools, and will not be under any circumstances responsible for such messages. Portal Agents do not guarantee that the contents of the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM are free from contamination by viruses or other contaminating, harmful or destructive elements.

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM strives to ensure the reliability of the content, but cannot guarantee its accuracy, correctness or reliability.


Limitation of liability

Portal Agents, their directors, employees or agents, as sole responsible for the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM environment, will not be responsible in case of any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages etc. (even if the Portal Agents have been warned of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

6. Any other problem related to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM.


Exclusions and limitations

Nothing in the GCU is intended to exclude or limit any condition, guarantee, right or liability that cannot be legally excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or conditions or the limitation or exclusion of liability for damages.

Consequently, only the limitations that are permitted by law in your jurisdiction will apply to you.

In cases where exclusion of liability is not possible, but the limitation of liability is legally applicable, the total liability of Portal Agents will be limited to R $ 500.00 (Five Hundred Reais).


TERMINATION AND DISCONTINUATION

Notwithstanding the GCU, Portal Agents reserve the right, without prior notice and in accordance with their sole and exclusive criteria, to block their use and access to the VOLUNTEER PLATFORM.

Portal Agents also reserve the right, without prior notice and in accordance with their sole and exclusive criteria, to discontinue their services, partially or even entirely.


VALIDITY AND TERMS OF THE CLAUSES

Any waiver or alteration of the provisions of the GCU will only take effect if presented in writing and signed by the legal representatives of the Portal Agents.

If a clause of the GCU is annulled or considered unenforceable, the remaining clauses, whenever possible, will remain valid and in force.


CHANGES TO THESE GCU

The VOLUNTEER PLATFORM is subject to updates to improve its functionality on the Platform.

For this reason, these GCU can be changed, at any time and at the sole discretion of the Portal Agents, to reflect the adjustments made on the Platform.

Whenever any modification to these GCU occurs, the USER will be asked, upon first access after such modification, to accept the new provisions through a checkbox that will be made available to the USER when accessing the Platform.

If the USER does not agree with the new provisions of the GCU, the USER may, at its sole discretion, reject it, but, unfortunately, this means that the USER will no longer be able to access the Platform and make use of its features. If in any case the USER continues to use the Platform, even after changing the GCU, this means that the USER agrees to all modifications.


APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND VENUE JURISDICTION

The General Conditions of Use will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Brazilian law. The USER irrevocably accepts the jurisdiction of the Brazilian courts being submitted to the District Court of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, which will prevail over any other, however privileged it may be or may become, to resolve any conflict arising and / or related to the General Conditions of Use and / or the use of this website.
